What's the Address Book?
Answer
Q. What's the Address Book?
A. Use the address book to create a list of accounts for users who don't have access to your LibAnswers system.
Q. When would I use it?
A. Use it for when you want to route a question in your LibAnswers unanswered queue to an email address outside of your LibAnswers system.
Q. Can you give me an example of when I would use it?
A. Sure! Let's say a student submits a LibAnswers question about paying tuition fees at your University. If you've created an account with an address for your Student Tuition Services department, you can forward your question out of your LibAnswers queue and into the Student Tuition Services email inbox.
Q. Do I lose statistics on that incoming question?
A. Nope! When you route the question, the question is automatically closed and retained in your statistics. You can choose to delete it (no stats kept) as well as add it to your Reference Analytics module (if you subscribe).
Q. Can I transfer any question type that is in my LibAnswers unanswered queue?
A. No. You can't transfer SMS or Twitter questions to addresses in your Address Book.
Q. How do I set it up?
A.

Q. Once I've set it up, how do I transfer questions to an account in my Address Book?
A.
