To customize the whole question submission form use:

(Admin Only)
Replace the words in red with your own code:

1. Go to Admin Stuff > Look & Feel.

2. Find the Custom JS/CSS Code box on the System-wide Settings page.

3. Between <style> </style> tags add:

.questionsubmit {
background-color: #COLOR;
border: STYLINGS;
}
