System Administrators can add accounts for anyone at their institution! Check out our Accounts page on our Setting Up LibAnswers guide to learn how!
The first box on that page has outlines of what each user level has access to, so check those out. :)
Note: it's a recommended best-practice to have at least 2 system administrators for your system (in case of emergency).
