Is there a way to make all questions that come in through LibAnswers also show up in Reference Analytics?

Yes! You can set your LibAnswers system to record analytics for each question that comes in through LibAnswers. Here's how:
1. Click on Admin Stuff > System Settings.
2. On the System-wide Settings page, scroll down to the section labeled Answer Page.
3. In the Add to Analytics by Default? section, select YES from the drop-down menu & click Save.
After doing this, your staff will be able to record analytics for this question and answer for every new transaction that comes in through LibAnswers.
