Are the LibAnswers and LibGuides profiles are different entities? Can they be linked so the librarians can setup just one profile?
Last thing: where does the LibAnswers librarian profile show up? I can't seem to find when it appears.

Great question! Currently, the profiles in LibAnswers and LibGuides are different entities.
We are looking into creating a more unified login/profile process, though! Once we have the details of that worked out and added to the systems, we'll update this FAQ.
As for your question of where to find the profile, users can click on the librarians name at the bottom of an answered question to see their profile:
From the profile page, they can get to any other librarian's profile using the "View Profile" dropdown toward the top of the page:
